<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a brake lever on a cam shaft simply by using less number of parts so as to improve productivity. SOLUTION: A fitting-in groove 12C is provided in a mounting part 12 of a cam shaft 10, and a caulked part 18 which protrudes inward in the radial direction and is fitted in the fitting-in groove 12C of the mounting part 12 is formed by caulking a peripheral groove 17A of a cylindrical body 17 from the outside in the radial direction by using each caulking pin in the cylindrical body 17. Consequently, it is possible to fix a brake lever 16 on the cam shaft 10 by using only one part of the cylindrical body 17 and reduce the number of parts and assembly man-hour.</p> |
