<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output according to wind conditions in every area by arranging a plurality of blades around a turbine so as to direct the flow of a wind toward the turbine. SOLUTION: A plurality of triangular blades 10 are arranged around a peripheral edge of a turbine 1, in a tangential direction thereof. Accordingly, the adjacent blades 10 are spaced from each other as they goes to the outside of the turbine 1. The blades 10 form a funnel at an outer end of the turbine 1 for collecting wind. The wind is concentrated on the inner side of the turbine 1, so that the wind is effectively pre-pressurized. The wider the blade 10 is, the more collected to intensive wind then fed to the turbine 1. The blades 10 are arranged with being spaced equally in respect to the turbine 1, so that the constant operation of the turbine 1 is obtained irrespective of the direction of the wind.</p> |
