PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical looping-back device capable of attenuating, demultiplexing and mutliplexing light with a simple configuration and down- sizing in appearance. SOLUTION: Light made incident on a lens 4 is reflected by a total reflection film 5 and is turned back by 180 deg. by aligning optical axes of a core 1a, a core 1b, and a lens 4 having a 0.25 pitch refractive index distribution with each other. Otherwise, by aligning optical center axes of the incident path and exit path, an optical center axis of a 1st lens having a 0.25 pitch refractive index distribution with each other, the optical axis of a 2nd lens, and that of a 2nd optical fiber, the light made incident on the first lens is partly reflected by a reflection film and is turned back by 180 deg.. |
