PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bending and inclining of a lead plate in a winding assembly process and reduce later adjustment work by making the width on the electrode plate side of the lead plate projecting from an electrode group formed by winding a positive plate and a negative plate through a separator wider than the width on the tip side. SOLUTION: The tip side width of a lead plate (b) projecting from a wound electrode plate group is preferably 2-5 mm, and the width on an electrode plate (a) side is made wider than the tip side width so that the lead plate (b) is formed in a trapezoid in which the width of the electrode plate (a) side is 1-1.3 times the circular arc radius of the lead plate (b) positioning part in a wound electrode plate group. When the electrode plate group is formed by winding, the bottom side of the trapezoid is bent in a circular arc shape, both sleeve sides of the trapezoid act like a rib for lifting up the lead plate (b) in the vertical direction, and thereby, the break or inclination of the lead plate (b) is suppressed. Since the tip part is bent after welded to an upper lid, the tip part width of the lead plate (b) is preferably 2-5 mm from the standpoint of the coming off of a welded point and bending ability. |
