PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the positioning precision of a radiotherapy equipment by a method wherein the location of a marker device is judged by using a detector regarding the coordinate system of the detector, and at the same time, the position of an X-ray equipment is judged regarding the objective coordinate system, which is combined with a subject to be examined, and the position of an objective point is judged regarding the objective coordinate system. SOLUTION: To the lower end of a C-shaped arm 2, an X-ray source 3 is attached, and in the meantime, to the upper end, an image pick-up and an amplifier 4 are attached, and the control and the data processing of these X-ray equipments are performed by a control and processing unit 5. Also, to the upper end of the C-shaped arm 2, infrared CCD cameras 8, 9 as detectors, are attached in such a manner that the fields of vision may correspond with the irradiation place of the X-ray equipment, and at the same time, above a patient table 7, a processing apparatus 11, and a radiotherapy equipment 13, three each of light emitting diodes 10, 12, 14 as marker devices, are attached. Then, the location of the marker device 10 is judged by a detector coordinate system D which is constituted of coordinate axes XD-ZD, and the locations of the X-ray equipment 1 and the corresponding point are judged regarding a symmetrical coordinate system O. |
