PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform an efficient treatment of drying of object to be sterilized with a relatively simple structure by connecting an air supply passage to a heater cover of a chamber and a pressurized air is supplied through the air supply passage during the drying treatment while a heater is energized to dry the object to be sterilized by hot air circulation. SOLUTION: An opening 2 is provided on the front of an outer case 1 of the body of the apparatus to house a cylindrical chamber 5 provided with a housing chamber 1 which house the object 3 to be sterilized to perform a sterilizing treatment. A heater 6 is arranged at an inner bottom part in the housing chamber 4, the upper and rear sides thereof are covered with a heater cover 7, the object 3 to be sterilized is placed on the upper surface of the heater cover 7 which a clearance 9 for ventilation is provided between the front end part and the internal surface of a lid 8 for freely closing the opening 2. Thus, pressurized air is supplied into the chamber 5 through an air supply passage 12 and a supply pipe 10 to perform a drying treatment of the object 3 to be sterilized and the internal surface of the chamber 5. |
