PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication performance. SOLUTION: The key grip 4a of a key 4 is provided with a transponder 5 to communicate with a vehicle side electromagnetic junction type transmitter and a key side electric wave transmitter 6 to communicate with a vehicle side electric wave receiver. The ring-like antenna coil 9a of the electromagnetic junction type transmitter is molded in the part of a key cylinder lock 24, and magnetic bodies 28 and 29 are provided in the extension piece sections 26, 27 extending to positions opposing to both ends of the key grip 4a respectively. The magnetic body 28 is positioned between the antenna coil 9a of the electromagnetic junction type transmitter and the electromagnetic junction coil 13a of the transponder 5, and the electro magnet 29 is positioned between the antenna coil 9a and the electromagnetic junction coil 23a of the key side electric wave transmitter 6. |
