PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary adherence of fine protrusion forming resin to an expandable and shrinkable body sheet. SOLUTION: The convexo-concave molding sheet 1 is formed with fine protrusions 3 on one surface of an expandable and shrinkable body sheet 2 by injecting raw material before curing in recesses, placing the sheet 2 thereon, pressurizing and heating it in the state that a protrusion forming presser is operated from above. Thus, a surface layer of the material is formed in a smooth state, raw material supply needle is pierced into the surface layer of the material, then drawn to quantitatively adhere the material to an end of the needle, the end of the needle is opposed to the recess, the needle is lowered to bring the material to an inner periphery of the recess, then the needle is raised to transfer to charge the material in the recess. Since unnecessary adherence of fine protrusion forming resin 5 to the sheet 2 is not executed, a decrease in a product value is not introduced. In the case of application to a swimming suit, desired disordering and stratifying can be executed. |
