PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clear the sharing of functions for an image display device, etc., and an operating system which controls an information processor and showing the different display attributes in every specific area set on a display screen of the image display device by using a communication means which performs the communication with the image display device and an operating system which controls the communication means. SOLUTION: An operating system 210 of an information processor 100 includes a display attribute change control means 211 which inquires for the display function that changes and shows the display attribute of a specific area set on a display screen and receives the answer of the inquiry to control the total display attribute change processing of the processor 100, an area attribute information generation means 212 which generates the area attribute information 251 in the system 210 when it's detected that the display attribute of the specific area set on the display screen of an image display device 110 should be changed, and an area attribute information acquisition means 213 which acquires the area attribute information that is generated by an area attribute information generation means 201 of an application program 200.
