<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten heating time and bond each layer surely without discoloring or deteriorating a surface layer by heating only an nonwoven fabric layer and a first adhesive layer (hot melt) with permeability. SOLUTION: A second adhesive layer 6 is laminated between a skin layer 3 and an air stop layer 4 and heated with hot air at 200-230 deg.C to bond the skin layer 3 and the air stop layer 4. A reinforcing layer 8 is laminated on a sound absorbing layer 7 forming an nonwoven fabric layer 2, and a first adhesive layer 5 is laminated on the reinforcing layer 8. These layers are heated with hot air at 200-230 deg.C. The nonwoven fabric layer 2 and first adhesive layer 5 immediately after heating, and the previously bonded air stop layer 4 and skin layer are overlapped and formed in requested shape using a cooling die 9 of head lining shape of an automobile to obtain head lining 1.</p> |
