POSITION INFORMATION EDITING DEVICE OF CART IN GOLF COURSE AND CART RUNNING CONDITION MANAGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect the position of a cart running in the cart road of a golf course at a low cost. SOLUTION: Position marks arranged in the cart road are detected by a position mark detector 27, the number of them is counted by a position mark counter 35 and a count value is stored in a storage part 37. The rotational number of cart wheels is detected by a wheel rotational number detector 31, the detected wheel rotational number is counted by a wheel rotational number counter 43 and the count value is stored in the storage part 37. The wheel rotational number counter 43 is successively changed-over whenever the position mark detector 27 detects the position marks. The wheel rotational number counter 43 where the wheel rotational number is changed-over into a no-counting state holds the count value as it is and clears the count value when a state is changed-over into the one where the wheel rotational number is counted again. Data of the storage part 37 is read as position information so as to locate the cart position.
