PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct recycling effectively for preventing plastics trash from being generated, obtain recycled articles keeping its quality constant, and reduce manufacturing costs by effecting embossing work on the surface of a mosaic- patterned article, and forming a plurality of grooves. SOLUTION: The emboss work-effecting process is carried out by an emboss- working device 30 having a cylindrical embossing roller 32 capable of rotating about the rotating shaft 31. On the surface of the embossing roller 32, a number of projection 33 are formed for forming groove parts. The length dimension of the mosaic-patterned article 10 in the circumferential direction of the embossing roller 32 is formed the same as in the length dimension in the longitudinal direction of the mosaic-patterned article 10 formed into a plate-shape. The rotating axis 31 direction of the emboss-working device 30 and the length direction of the woody molded article 10 are disposed to be at right angles, and by allowing the embossing roller 32 to rotate from the upside while being rotated with respect to the woody molded article 10, embossing work is given relative to the uppermost plate to be worked. |
