PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an olefin resin compsn. excellent in clarity and impact strength. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises 99-1 wt.% propylene polymer (A) having a refractive index of 1.485-1.52 and 1-99 wt.% ethylene/3-20Cα-olefin/arom. vinyl compsn. terpolymer (B) having anα-olefin unit content of 1 mol% or higher but lower than 30 mol%, an arom. vinyl compd. unit content of 0.1-15.0 mol%, a refractive index (at 25 deg.C) of 1.495-1.515, a crystallinity (calculated from an m.p. peak obtd. with a differential scanning calorimeter) of 15% or lower, and an intrinsic viscosity [η] (at 135 deg.C in decalin) of 0.1-10.0 dl/g. The compsn. has a haze (according to ASTM D 1003-52) of 35% or lower, and when the temp. dependence of the elastic modulus is measured, there are two separate peaks of damping factor caused by glass transition temp. one due to ingredient A and the other due to ingredient B.
