PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of the optical transmitter-receiver by covering a transmission reception unit with a dome shaped light shield cover so as to effectively interrupt other lights than a communication light thereby avoiding a light reflected in the light shield cover from reaching a receiver side lens and eliminating external disturbance of the signal light. SOLUTION: Part of light passing through a transmission lens 12 may be inverted (reflected) by the inner face of a light shield cover 3 as shown in the arrow 4 and go to a light receiving element 14, then the light shown in the arrow 4 is shut by a barrier 66. Furthermore, the light passing through a point apart from a center of the transmission lens 12 goes as shown in the arrow 5 due to distortion, may be reflected in the inner face and go to the light receiving element 14, then the light shown in the arrow 5 is shut by the barrier 66. Moreover, the barrier 66 plays a roll of attenuating external disturbance light by reflecting the light in a wall face of an integrated visor 65 including the barrier 66 repetitively. |
