PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the binder fume from staying in the kiln at a high concentration and burning and prevent occurrence of cracking on the molded products by controlling (increasing and decreasing) the opening of the burner, as the pulse outlet is kept constant, when ceramic molded products are fired as the firing outlet of the kiln is repeatedly alternated between the high-outlet state and the low-outlet state. SOLUTION: The ceramic molded products are preferably fired in the range of binder combustion temperature and the pulse outlet, namely the interval of the repeated firing outlet alternation between the high outlet state and the low outlet state, is kept constant. In other words, as the combustion and the rest are alternately repeated every at the previously set on-time and off-time, the opening of the burner is increased or decreased depending on the set temperature and the temperature-increasing rate. Accordingly, a sufficient amount of the combustion gas is led into the kiln to keep the temperature of the binder fume low and sufficiently stir the binder fume whereby the detonative combustion of the concentrated binder fume can be avoided. |
