PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply internal pressure to act from various directions, so as to make a mounting part peripheral end face of a seal part pressure adhered to a seal stopper, prevent this part from separating and coming off from a reinforcing ring, in the case of a pressure resistant oil seal bringing the mounting part peripheral end face of the seal part and a flange part of the reinforcing ring into contact with the seal stopper of a housing which is a mounting mate member. SOLUTION: In the halfway of a flange part 12b of a reinforcing by providing a stepped part 12c, a part in the radial direction outside from an end face 13b in the periphery of a mounting part 13a of a seal part 13 and the stepped part 12c of the flange part 12b of the reinforcing ring 12 is separated from a seal stopper 16b of a housing 16. In this way, the mounting part peripheral end face 13b is prevented from pressure adhering to e seal stopper 16b, so as to prevent separating and coming off from the reinforcing ring 12. |
