PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cataphoresis member that requires less capital investment for mass production as compared with a semiconductor-manufacturing device, has a superior mass productivity, and is created by using an injection molding technique and an ultrasonic joint technique. SOLUTION: When a member has a channel groove 3 for a liquid sample introduction channel with a liquid sample introduction port 5a and a liquid sample delivery part 5b, a channel groove 4 for a liquid sample separation channel with a migration liquid introduction part 5c and a migration liquid delivery part 5d, and furthermore a region that functions as a measurement room in the separation channel 4, the member is constituted by connecting plastic substrates 1 and 2 with an improved transmission property at an ultraviolet or visible light region. In this case, the channel grooves 3 and 4 are formed on the junction surface of the substrate 1 and at the same time the introduction ports 5a and 5c and the delivery ports 5b and 5d for the liquid sample or the migration liquid are formed, thus forming the member by an injection molding technique and an ultrasonic joint technique. |
