PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily evaluate the analytic result of far vibration. SOLUTION: A graph display means 34A of an output means 34 displays a 1st graph having a 1st axis representing an oscillation frequency as a lateral axis and a 2nd axis indicating displacement as a longitudinal axis on the screen of a CRT monitor 10. A curve drawing means 34B draws six evaluation reference curves on the 1st graph on the basis of evaluation reference data on displacement of the flow which are previously stored on a hard disk drive 8. A figure display means 34C displays a mark at the intersection of a virtual vertical line passing the position of a primary natural oscillation frequency and a virtual horizontal line passing the position of maximum displacement on the 1st graph displayed by the graph display means 34A. The output means 34 similarly displays a graph for evaluating acceleration.
