PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film magazine assembling device having a mechanism closing and fixing a magazine shell previously formed around a spool where a film is wound. SOLUTION: The photographic film magazine assembling device is provided with a first jaw part 108 and a second jaw part 110 closing and fixing the magazine shell 28 around the spool 10 where the film is wound so as to form a rotatably installed jaw interposing assembly 102. The assembly 102 is constituted so that the first and the second jaw parts 108 and 110 are opened and the shell 28 housing the spool 10 where the film is wound is interposed. Thereafter, the first and the second jaw parts 108 and 110 are closed around the shell 28 so as to form a substantially perfect cylindrical shape. The closed and fixed shell 28 is sent to a downstream process by the same assembly 102 and the succeeding different processing thereof is executed.
