PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject derivative useful for a preventive, a therapeutic agent, etc., for tachykinin interstitial diseases such as nervous disease or allergic disease, having substance P and neurokinin A receptor antagonism, comprising a specific pyrrolidine derivative. SOLUTION: This new pyrrolidine derivative (salt) is shown by the formula [R<1> is a phenyl which is substituted with a halogen atom; R<2> is a substituted phenyl (the substituent group shows a lower alkyl or a lower alkoxy which may be substituted with a halogen); (m) and (n) are each an integer of 1-3], has substance P and neurokinin A receptor antagonism and is applicable to central nerve disease, neurodegenerative disease, respiratory disorder and inflammatory disease as a preventive and a therapeutic agent for tachykinin interstitial diseases. The compound is obtained by reacting a 1-substituted benzoylpyrrolidin-3-ylalkanol with spiro[benzo[c]thiophene-1(3H),4'-piperidin]- oxide hydrochloride in the presence of a base. |
