PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processor for bags with soil or the like put therein and a sandbag maker which are appropriate for sandbag making at the time of disaster or public construction, bagging granule or powder such as fertilizer, binding in bagging solid vegetables or the like and in other applications. SOLUTION: The sandbag maker comprises a bag body and a string assembled around an opening of the bag body and further comprises a receive device for supporting a bag comprising an end of the string bound at the time of putting in soil, a processor for the bag with the soil put in comprising a binding device for binding the bag after the soil is put in, a constant quantity supplying device to the processor of the bag with the soil or the like put in and a belt conveyer.
