FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: variants of capacitive pressure transducer, voltage reducing support for pressure transducer and method of anode coupling of two glass plates are developed. Capacitive transducer uses thick supporting plate on which diaphragm with capacitive electrode is secured. Electrode plate is attached to diaphragm over its rim. Under effect of pressure diaphragm deflects, thus generating output signal. Pressure transducer is mounted in external case with the use of voltage reducing insulating support.
