FIELD: recovery of noble metals out of used catalysts, electrochemical processes with fluidized or fixed layer. SUBSTANCE: process of recovery of noble metals out of used catalysts, slags, concentrates and other materials with inorganic base makes provision for leaching in electrolyte, settling of metals in electrolyzer with charging cathode and subsequent extraction of noble metal from cathode by known methods. Leaching of noble metals and their settling on charging cathode are performed simultaneously in one stage with circulation of electrolyte through stationary filtering or suspended layer of particles of leached material and electrolyzer with charging cathode which simplifies operation of plant. Plant for realization of process has leaching unit, electrolyzer with charging cathode for settling of metal, insoluble anode, regulating and shutting fixtures. Leaching unit is coupled with electrolyzer by means pipe-line with aids ensuring circulation of electrolyte between them. It is composed of one or several reactors and charging cathode of electrolyzer is coupled to device for its reloading. EFFECT: increased efficiency of process and plant. 11 cl, 1 dwg
