FIELD: cylinder locks and keys. SUBSTANCE: combination allows prevention of lock breakage by skeleton key. Cylinder lock includes cylindrical core for key. Cylindrical core is installed in body for turning and accommodates a number of central pins and a number of side pins and longitudinal key recesses for key introduction. Key recess is engageable with central and side pins. Key has elongated flat blade whose upper part is made narrow and lower part is made in the form of solid base projecting in transverse direction from key blade. Upper part of key blade has code upper recesses for engagement with central pins and upper part of solid base protruding in transverse direction from key blade is made in the form of projection directed upward and extending in longitudinal direction and having code side recesses for engagement of a number of side pins. Made between projection and key blade is longitudinal groove. Projection of solid base is pointed upward. Code side recesses are made from upper edge of projection downward to different levels in side surface of solid base. Key recess in cylindrical core has profile of transverse section of key blade and includes narrow upper part, wide lower part and protruding down lug in place of transition from upper to lower part. In this case, lug with key inserted is aligned with longitudinal groove on key. EFFECT: precluded breakage of lock by key skeleton. 14 cl, 14 dwg
