CURED CASING WASTES PROCESSING METHOD

FIELD: rubber reprocessing. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting tires and beads into pieces; grinding pieces by means of grinding rolls provided with two grooved rollers, which are spaced one from another by distance of 0.4-0.7 mm, simultaneously introducing ground rubber into rubber mixture capable of being cured by providing at least fivefold passage of casing pieces through roller space till particle size reaches 3-15 mm and at least three or fourfold passage of casing pieces through space together with rubber mixture, used in the ratio of: 30-70 parts of casing pieces and 70-30 parts of rubber mixture; rolling and feeding rolls to smoothing rolls; removing 15-30 cm thick sheet having temperature below 100 C. Grinding rollers having friction coefficient of 1:3-1:4 are provided with hood and electromagnet. Such method eliminates destruction of material under process.
