FIELD: antenna engineering. SUBSTANCE: antenna has three-dimensional radiator mounted in a spaced relation inside screening case on its base part of which is bottom cover with hole; side surface of radiator is made in the form of truncated cone or cylinder; flat conductors of coupling members are arranged on top cover and on side surface of radiator; screening case is built up of two parts separated by mentioned base; side surface of top part of screening case is made of N coaxial cylindrical screening walls, where N is integer number.
