FIELD: oil-and-gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: packer has rod with recess; attached to upper end of rod is sealing member. Located above sealing member are cone, upper body with spring-loaded upper slips. Located under sealing member are cone, retainer, lower body with spring-loaded strips and lower slips. Casing is located above sealing member. Cone is split with possibility of radial opening and with inner radial recess. Upper body has inner projection. Rod part located inside upper slips and split cone are made with upper and lower radial projections. They are engageable, respectively, with upper slips and split cone. Upper body is pressed to end of sub by means of spring which is located between inner projections of upper body and upper radial projections of rod for axial motion downward with respect to rod. Lower radial projection of rod is located inside radial recess of split cone. End part of split cone is located between radial projections of rod and is engaged with it. It may be engaged with upper slips, with rod displacement. EFFECT: higher operated reliability of packer. 2 cl, 2 dwgu
