FIELD: radio electronics, activating devices for protection of radio electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: energy-absorbing element has elastic zigzag spacers 1. Spacers are interconnected by means of protruding parts. Energy-absorbing coat in the form of various fragments of textile fastener with alternating sections of hook 3 and loop 4 members made from elastic fibers of different degree of rigidity for bending is applied to protruding parts of spacers.
