PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block an infrared light so that it may not arrive at a photoelectric conversion element, prevent temperature rise and prevent lowering of photoelectric conversion efficiency by covering the incidence side of light of the photoelectric conversion element with an infrared light blocking layer. SOLUTION: An acrylic resin 100 weight part with high light transmissivity as a coating agent of powder material is mixed with about 2 weight part of tin oxide powder as an infrared reflection agent. The mixture is mixed with about 300 weight part of organic solvent to make a coating liquid, and it is applied on an second electrode layer 4 by bar coating such that its thickness is about 6 μm after drying, and it is dried with hot air so as to form an infrared light blocking layer 9. A moisture-proof film 7 is laminated on a solar battery unit U where the layer 9 is formed on the layer 4, with an adhesive film 6 in between. Thus, the layer 9 is formed, so that the photoelectric conversion efficiency can be prevented from being lowered even in a high-temperature environment. |
