<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily set a speaking speed of a speech recorded with an ordinary speed spoken by a native without change in the sound pitch and a sequentially display characters corresponding to reproduced speech. SOLUTION: This magnetic tape is produced with a portable reproducing device of a going to-and-from 4-track cassette type magnetic tape provided with a display on which a fixed number of characters can be written in one screen as a package. In this case, in one of the going to-and-from 2-tracks of the to-and-from 4-tracks, a speech analog signal of a language is recorded for each sentence at a normal speed of a speech reproducing as fast as that at the time of recording, a 1st slow speed slower than the normal speed, a 2nd slow speed slower than the 1st slow speed without changing sound pitch at each slow speed from that the normal speed, and in the other to-and-from 2-tracks, each of the character information expressing a language corresponding to the above speech analog signal is converted into a specific speech signal, and character information equivalent to the number of words collectively written on one screen is recorded as one block.</p> |
