PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep decreasing rate of gas pressure constant even when inner capacity of a communication space is varied without complicating a structure. SOLUTION: A substantially cylindrical exhaust valve body 2 is composed of an elastic body formed with a slit 2a whose opening area is varied when one end edge of the opening is axially pressurized. Gas inside a communication space outside the exhaust valve body 2 can be exhausted to the inside of the exhaust valve body 2 so as to be communicated with the slit 2a. In such an exhaust valve device 10, a shape memory body 5 store the shape of time exhaust valve body 2 along an axial direction according to temperature variation. A control means is arranged for controlling the exhaust valve body 2 in its pressurized state by varying axial measurement of the shape memory body 5 according to the gas pressure. |
