PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for a copying action by executing the copying action corresponding to the difference of copying systems that the width of a left and a right binding margins is different between the front surface and the back surface of a paper and.to eliminate the waste of time by evading a using infeasible state caused after the copying action is executed. SOLUTION: When the width of the left and the right binding margins is different between the front surface and the back surface of the paper, the copying action is executed by the first system that an original is idly fed one cycle before the copying action is executed and it is decided whether a page is an odd number or an even number. Thereafter, the copying action corresponding to the decided result is executed. When the width of the binding margins is not different, the copying action is executed by the second system that it is, decided whether the page is the odd number or the even number after the actual copying action of the first cycle is executed. |
