PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the content when transaction to an account is performed. SOLUTION: An address storing part 22 stores a correspondence table of user's account number and electronic mail address, a mail telegraphic message assembling part 24 assembles a telegraphic message based on transaction when the transaction is performed and a mail sending part 25 acquires an electronic mail address that corresponds to an account number on which transaction is performed and sends a mail telegraphic message to the electronic mail address. A user accepts a mail telegraphic message that is sent from a mail receiving terminal 40 to his own electronic mail address. That makes it possible for the user to receive a telegraphic message sent to his electronic mail address at his convenient time and to confirm the content of transaction that is performed to his account.
