PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the dispensary and medical practice separating system that contributes to the proper usage of medical drugs, by making a patient previously call a family drugstore, picture-transmitting prescription information and executing a preparation processing in the family drugstore based on received data. SOLUTION: The patient directly brings in a prescription 1-1, which is received from a doctor in a medical institution 1 to the window of a system- arranged in-hospital dispensary 2 or a system arrangement corner 2-1 and hands over it to a person in charge at the window together with a family drugstore card. The person in charge at the window picture-transmits information of the prescription 1-1 to the family drugstores 4 to 4-n outside a hospital. Then, a druggist execute preparation work at the point of time when prescription information of the patient is transmitted to the outer drugstores 4 and 4-n so that preparation is being progressed at the point of time when the patient arrives at the family outer drugstores 4 to 4-n. Therefore, the waiting time till the reception of a prepared drug sack is drastically shortened.
