<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain easy fitting and higher sound isolation performance. SOLUTION: An annular fitting groove 5 is formed at the outer periphery surface of the large opening tubular part 1 of a tubular body, one end of which is formed into the large opening tubular part 1 and the other end of which is formed into a small opening tubular part 3, having elasticity, and a cut-off tube 7 is formed in the large opening tubular part 1, whose end part opening 7a is positioned on the end part large opening 1a side of the large opening tubular part 1, involving the hollow part communicating with the hollow part of the small opening tubular part 3. Sealing compound 9 having permeability and water resistance is filled in a clearance to an electric wire bundle W which is inserted in the small opening tubular part 3 and the cut-off tube 7, and clearances in the wire bundle W. A reversed part 19 is formed on one of the end part large opening 1a side of the large opening tubular part 1 and the end part opening 7a side of the cut-off tube 7, which is reversed and brought into elastic contact with the other side to confine an air layer 23 between the large opening tubular part 1 and the cut-off tube 7.</p> |
