<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the range of dropping the gas pressure at inspection or accident of an apparatus, by providing an O-ring between either flange of adjacent grounding metallic containers and an insulating spacer. SOLUTION: A metallic ring 20 is provided between the flange 7 of a grounding metallic container 7 and an insulating spacer 8. Screws 22 for temporary fastening are provided at equal intervals at four places on the circumference of this ring 20, and by these screws 22 for temporary fastening, it is temporarily fastened to the flange 7a of an earth metallic container 7, and further on the circumference of the ring 20, screws 23 are provided at twelve places, and by these screws 23, an insulating spacer 8 is fastened. Hereby, even in the case of removing the earth metallic container 7, the condition that the insulating spacer 8 is fastened at all times by the flange 8a and the ring 20 is kept, so the range of dropping the pressure of the insulating gas within the earth metallic container 9 on opposite side can be minimized.</p> |
