PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture a radio wave rapidly when recovering from the breaking of a satellite radio wave. SOLUTION: A signal-processing part predicts the frequency or the frequency band of a satellite to be captured based on the reference frequency of a reference frequency oscillator (for example, TCXO). Then, a search operation is executed based on the predicted frequency or the frequency band. After that, a search is performed at a frequency being predicted in a specific search frequency range or at a search frequency with a value that is intermittently different from the frequency of the frequency band before returning to an operation for searching for the frequency or the frequency band. The specific search frequency range indicates a range being set based on the range of the prediction accuracy of the frequency prediction value. |
