PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoreceptor which prevents black spots and base fog and has excellent printing durability. SOLUTION: This photoreceptor is produced by successively forming an intermediate layer and a photosensitive layer on an aluminum base body having an anodized layer on its surface. The intermediate layer contains 5 to 20 wt.% photoconductive material and has 0.5 to 5μm film thickness and 10<9> to 3×10<10> (Ω/3.14 cm<2> ) resistance when 20 V DC voltage is applied on the laminated layer of the anodized layer and the intermediate layer.
