The method has a U-shaped female section (2) inserted at an angle in a printed circuit board. To make the connection, the male section (1) is inserted in the U-shaped section at an angle, and thus without requiring force. Once inserted, the male section is pivoted downwards, and locked in position, providing a pressurised contact between the male and female sections.
