PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily searching the current position of a mobile object economically by utilizing the terminal equipment of a personal handy phone system, a radio base station and a service station and to provide a device. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a terminal equipment 10 that sends/ received a terminal ID, a base station 20 that sends/receives the terminal ID of the terminal equipment and connects to a service station 30 of a personal handy phone system, and the service station 30 of the personal handy phone system that is provided with the terminal ID registration function of the terminal equipment 10 and the function of processing and storing information from the base station and manages pluralities of base stations. Then the economical terminal equipment 10 with a light weight without a speech function is mounted on a mobile body and the terminal ID sent/ received from the terminal equipment 10 is processed via the base station 20 and stored in the service station 30. Moreover, the service station 30 of the personal handy phone system has a function of sending the stored information to a user terminal equipment 40 in response to the request of the user. Moreover, the service station 30 is provided with a charging information processing function.
