PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the airtight property of the closed space for a function part by constituting a space holding body for forming the closed space for the function part of a function element chip of the supporting layer of synthetic resin, which has an opening part surrounding the function part and which is joined on a main face, and a cover body which covers the function part, forms the closed space between with the function part and is joined on the supporting layer. SOLUTION: The function element chip 1 is provided with the space holding body 5 which covers the function part 2 and forms the closed space 20 inside for the function part 2. The opposite face side is made to face a circuit board 8 and it is fixed to the board by an adhesive layer. The function element chip 1 where the space holding body 5 consisting of a supporting layer 5a and a cover body 5b is fixed with fase-up through adhesive 205 on an alumina-made circuit board 8. The function element chip 1 and the circuit board 8 are electrically connected by the inter-electrode connection part 6 of gold wire. The paste of the epoxy-resin 7 for sealing is applied to the circuit board 8 mounting the function element chip 1 and it is hardened by heating.
