<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform bending mold a metal pipe having a resin coated part on its outer surface in a state without crinkling on the surface. SOLUTION: A metal pipe having a resin coated part 3 on its surface is held by a pulley-like bender 55 and a fastening die 54. Its periphery is sandwiched between a wiper die 53 and a pressure die 52. In such a state, core bars 7, 77 are inserted from one end side, while the other end is held by a chuck 6. The side of the chuck 6 is thus bent and molded. It is thus possible to mold a bending mold pipe without crushing nor crinkling at the resin coated part 6 on the metal pipe due to function of the core bars 7, 77 and dies 52, 53, 54, 55.</p> |
