PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hour in the inspection of outside appearance by making the aperture state of a cell on the surface of a roll easily observable, to improve the reliability of product, and to enhance the image processing performance on the surface of the roll. SOLUTION: This toner supply roll 26 is constituted of a long bar-like core bar 32 being a roll shaft and a soft polyurethane foam layer 34 integrally formed around the core bar 32; and the layer 34 is provided with a skin layer 36 forming a continuous smooth surface on its outer peripheral surface; the respective cells positioned just number the skin layer are respectively and independently opened to the outside by an aperture part 40 formed at a central part of the cell where the skin layer is thin in thickness. In such a case, the polyurethane foam layer is constituted of a colored foaming body formed by foaming polyurethane raw material constituted by blending a colorant, and the lightness index: L* in the L*a*b* color specification system of the colored foaming body material is made to be <=60. |
