PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interrupt of printing due to the lowering of battery of a digital still camera during printing of an image in a system, to which the digital still camera and a printer are connected. SOLUTION: When printing is requested (YES at S501), residual amount of battery of the digital still camera is detected (S502). When the residual amount of the battery is judged to be sufficient for printing an image (YES at S503), the image is outputted (S504) to the printer. When the remaining amount of the battery is not sufficient for printing the image (NO at S503), a shortage of the residual amount of the battery is warned (S505). |
