PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket welding method for improving a durability at the welded part of a sheet for constituting a pocket, and a storage case with the pocket. SOLUTION: A pocket 150 is provided by thermally welding a plastic sheet 200 on the inner wall of a recessed part 140A of a lid body part 140 of a storage case 110. The sheet 200 is formed in a rectangular shape and is thermally welded by band-shaped welded parts 152 and 154 along two short-side parts. In welded parts 152 and 154, an edge lineαof tip parts 152A and 154A at the side of a pocket insertion port 150A is formed in nearly straight line and is formed while being inclined in a direction for gradually spreading the pocket insertion port 150A from the inside of the pocket insertion port 150A toward the outside. A tension being applied to the sheet 200 due to the inclination of the edge lineαis received by an entire edge, thus preventing a crack due to a local stress concentration and improving durability. |
