PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable specification change without installing changeover terminals or the like, by installing a connection means wherein one end faces a plurality of I/O terminals and the other end is connected with one end of a plurality of external. I/O terminal, around a base part, and connecting a selected I/O terminal with a specified end of the external I/0 terminals. SOLUTION: For example, an internal control circuit 21 is arranged at a specified position of a base 22, and the following are mutually connected via a lead part 26 by using bonding wires 25; an I/O pad 23 and an external I/O terminal 24a, an I/O pad 23d and an external I/O terminal 24b, and an I/O pad 23e and an external I/O terminal 24c. Thereby any one of different specifications which each of the I/O pads 23 of the internal control circuit 21 has is selected and can be connected with an external output terminal 23. Without arranging a circuit side changeover terminal on a flexible disc device(FDD) substrate, specification required by a customer can be set, so that the substrate can be miniaturized. |
