PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rush current when power is turned on by connecting a half-bridge circuit comprising a first and a second switching elements in parallel to a secondary coil of a reactor, and controlling these switching elements by a control circuit provided with a variable frequency oscillator circuit. SOLUTION: One end of a primary coil 22 of a booster reactor 21 is connected to a plus terminal of a rectifying circuit 30, and other end is connected to a drain terminal of a first switching element 1 through a bodies 5. Also, one end of a secondary coil 23 is connected to a drain terminal of a second switching element 2 through a diode 4, and other end is connected to a terminal at ground side of a rectifying circuit 30. Then, a half-bridge circuit comprising the second switching element 2, a diode 19 and the first switching element 1 is constituted in parallel to a secondary coil 23. Here, by a control circuit 3 having a variable frequency oscillation circuit, the first and the second switching elements 1, 2 are controlled, and a charging voltage for capacitors 16, 17 is raised slowly. |
