PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit currency owned by means of auser to be usage possible in respective countries in the world by exchanging electronic currency into other currency through the use of a foreign currency exchanging device. SOLUTION: The foreign currency exchanging device mainbody 10 consists of configuration elements 11-16 and a bank side foreign exchange management center 30 manages a foreign exchange rate in realtime by a host control part 31. Information is read from an information storage medium (IC card) where electronic currency is stored, a user selects foreign currency desired to be exchanged by a display part and an input part (touch pannel) 12 arranged in the exchanging device mainbody 10 and, moreover, inputs a money amount to be exchanged. The mother language of the user is automatically displayed in the display part or the favorite language can be selected. Foreign currency exchange is executed in accordance with the exchange rate in realtime by communication with the foreign exchange management center 30 by on-line. The information is written in the IC card 20 by the selection of the user and money is payed so that a foreign currency exchange processing for exchanging currence into the another country one is finished. |
