PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically show an answer information on an electronic conference system, by retrieving the answer information from past statement information for a question. SOLUTION: A data base constructing device 110 periodically monitors a statement information file 210 containing statement information and constructs an answer support data base 120, from which statement information can be retrieved with a key word. An answer information retrieval device 140 retrieves statement information inferred as answer information from the answer support data base 120, and generates and shows answer information as an answer to the question in the statement information file 210 of the electronic conference system. |
