PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from being brought into contact with a door with a closing operation by stopping the discharge operation of a ticket by means of a stopper without closing the door when a judgement result shows that getting in/out is not allowed and a figure detector detects that a user enters till the prescribed position of a ticket examination passage. SOLUTION: When even one ticket within the plural inserted tickets is judged to be out and the user is detected by the centeral figure detector S3, the door D is kept in an open state. Therefore, there is no fear of contact of the user with the door D with the closing operation. In this case, the ticket is held by the stopper 2a and also held inside a mainbody (a) without being discharged from a discharge port 2. Besides, an alarm light L provided in a sensor fitting bar a' is turned on so as to report the user that entrance is rejected and also entrance rejection is displayed in a display screen 4. The ticket is not returned till a station worker depresses the reset switch 20a of a monitoring device 20. |
